When you submit a quote request through our contact form, we collect the details you provide:

• Your contact number, if you choose to provide it
• Service details you share, such as service interest, rental type, estimated vehicles or headcount, and any message

We do not require you to create an account to request a quote, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this form.

We use the personal data you submit solely to respond to your inquiry — to prepare and send a tailored quote, to contact you about your request, and to provide the corporate transport services you ask about. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you enter your work email and click Continue. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. Your consent is recorded when you submit the quote request. We also process your details to take steps at your request prior to entering into a service engagement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We keep the personal data from your inquiry only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and to meet any legal, tax, or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it.
